When:  The tailgate will begin at 9amET, 3 hours before gametime.

Where:  The tailgate will be located in the Blue lot near SHI Stadium (Rutgers football stadium).  The Blue lot is about a 10 minute walk from SHI Stadium.  Please visit the following site if you plan on parking by the stadium. Reduced price ($15) parking passes can be purchased in advance here. If you choose to park in the reduced price parking pass lot (this is at Jersey Mike's Arena), there is a shuttle bus which will drop you off on Frelinghuysen road near the Blue lot (top of Yurcak field) where our tailgate will be located (available before and after the game).  We would not advise that you try and walk from Jersey Mike's Arena to SHI stadium or the Blue lot where our tailgate will be located.  You can also get to SHI Stadium by NJ Transit, NEC line and there is a free shuttle bus to the stadium from Downtown New Brunswick.  Buses depart regularly beginning three hours prior to kickoff at the New Brunswick Train Station Albany Street Bus Stop (located next to the taxi cab waiting area) and return up to three hours after the game.  For more details on the gameday experience, please see the Rutgers fan guide.

Tickets:  Tickets are available for purchase at the following site so you can sit next to fellow Illini.  You can find a seating chart and tickets for purchase here.  Our fans will be located in Section 109, rows 21 through 28 (seats closest to section 108).

Food & Beverage:  $30 per person. You can purchase tickets for food and beverage at our tailgate through the link here.  We will have food (e.g. eggs, sausage, coffee) and an assortment of light beer/hard seltzers/water. Reduced fare available for children and young adults here. Food only option here.
