Early Student Life on the U of I Campus
Like most of us, Ryan Ross is a scientific marvel—a human who bleeds orange and blue. Coordinator of the Illinois Alumni Association’s History and Traditions Programs, Ryan is a two-time graduate of the University (B.A. English, M.S. Library and Information Science) and has served Illinois as an archivist, exhibit curator, writer, teacher, and historian, with stints at the U of I Library and U of I Foundation before he found a home at the Alumni Association.
Ryan looks forward to meeting the NYC Illini and sharing stories about student life during the University’s early years—tales of intrigue and suspense, inspiration and perspiration, and everyday life on the campus we would one day call our own.
