Alumni Reception with the Marching Illini

The Marching Illini are taking over all 15,000 square feet of Buffalo Wild Wings Times Square!! Come hang out with the band, and with fellow alumni coming from near and far to see them in their first-ever appearance in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade!

Come celebrate with the Marching Illini on the night before their historic appearance in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade!

Buffalo Wild Wings' Times Square location (West 47th Street, a little bit east of 8th Avenue), which has four indoor levels plus a roof deck, will be ours for the evening (6:00pm - 9:00pm).  All 400 members of the band will be there, plus a tour group of Marching Illini family, friends, & fans who are coming to town to see the band in the parade.  (For more information about the MI's trip to New York for the parade, click here.) 

All are welcome at Buffalo Wild Wings, and you will have the option to either

1. purchase a package for $45 which includes unlimited beer, wine, and soda plus a food buffet featuring bar snacks, wing station, etc.,   or
2. order a la carte from the bar and regular menu and pay as you go  

Just tell the hostess when you arrive which option you are choosing; if you opt for the package, you'll pay at the door and receive a wristband.  

So that the restaurant can plan for appropriate staffing, we ask that you RSVP to let us know you'll be attending.  Also, please bring a print-out of this page so the hostess knows that you are with the Marching Illini group.
